I am passionate about IBS recovery and gut health in general, after studying biochemistry and neuroscience and recovering from gut issues in 2020, and learning about the strong link between nervous system health and digestive health. I have decided to help prevent others from struggling and feeling alone in their gut-brain healing journeys. I am here to empower people with the knowledge, hope and guidance to step into the healthiest mind, body and soul of their dreams.

I have become a different person post-concussion and I am overjoyed with helping clients find the silver linings and deeper reasons for living a meaningful healthy life, where we can connect with each other and live from a heart-centered place. Less worry, more calm.

I will be covering topics related to nutrition, exercise, supplements, meditation. breathwork, physiology, neuropsychology, and relationships.
